Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.

• Create individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and actively monitor their progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing and growth.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate therapeutic support for clients experiencing acute emotional or behavioral issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes, in accordance with departmental policies, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
