Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Develop tailored therapy programs for clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to ensure personalized care. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, addressing the varied needs of clients and ensuring continuity of services. \n
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, while respecting client confidentiality. \n
- Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and practice. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this role. \n
- Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory. \n
- A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, particularly within a clinical environment, is required. \n
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. \n
