Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' unique needs while conducting thorough evaluations to assess mental health concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, participating in case reviews and team meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practice guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.
