Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and to discuss upcoming appointments or discharge readiness.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping.

• Perform initial intake assessments to understand and evaluate clients' mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
