Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, your primary duties will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead therapeutic group sessions that foster a safe and supportive space for young adults to share their experiences, connect, and learn from one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer empathetic, one-on-one counseling sessions that allow clients to delve into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, working collaboratively to create actionable coping strategies.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is assisting young adults aged 18 to 30, who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n
