Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, using evidence-supported practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic services to diverse client populations including individuals, couples, families, and groups, effectively utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies for effective treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is essential.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
