Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Meet with clients regularly to assess progress, discuss treatment plans, and make informed decisions about discharges when appropriate.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans through collaborative strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to inform treatment strategies and document client details accurately.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Calm Composure Counseling, you will address a wide range of mental health issues affecting adults, children, and families. Your work will directly impact individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other psychological concerns, reinforcing our commitment to fostering community mental health and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using computers and various software such as Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook is essential.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Confidence in conducting comprehensive intake assessments is a must.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinical environment is preferred to ensure familiarity with our practice’s operational standards and therapeutic strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
