Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients to understand their unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Stay current with best practices in the mental health field by attending professional development workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will work predominantly with adult clients facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical or community health setting is essential.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations surrounding counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
