Key Responsibilities \n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to share their experiences.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement to help clients address and manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation of client sessions to ensure continuity of care and comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in counseling practices and participate in ongoing professional education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus \n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups from various backgrounds. Our clients may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to provide culturally sensitive support and understand the unique experiences of each client is essential to fostering a productive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications \n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• An active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits \n
