Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring techniques are suited to individual client backgrounds and issues.

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation and client records, strictly adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements in line with state regulations.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance knowledge of current research trends and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n
