Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in our organization, you will play a crucial role in the mental health journey of teens and young adults, particularly those aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitating engaging sessions that foster connection among clients, encouraging them to share experiences and gain perspective from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Offering empathetic, one-on-one counseling that allows clients to delve into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while helping them develop effective coping strategies and actionable plans for personal growth.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborating with clients to create personalized, strengths-based treatment plans that align with their unique challenges and goals.
\n
• Progress Monitoring: Using a variety of assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress and outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for clients, participating in regular communications and consultations for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescent and young adult clients within our outpatient treatment center who are grappling with a range of mental health conditions. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. You will be instrumental in helping these individuals not only manage their symptoms but also flourish in their personal lives, relationships, and futures.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid LPC license in the state of Texas.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a client-centered orientation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
