Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will undertake various responsibilities, including:

• Group Therapy: Lead engaging virtual group sessions that create a supportive atmosphere for clients to share experiences and perspectives, fostering a sense of community.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized virtual counseling that focuses on individual client needs, facilitating deep explorations of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to develop tailored coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves young adults aged 18 to 30 through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will encounter clients dealing with a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will not only focus on remediation of symptoms but also on enhancing life skills, emotional resilience, and interpersonal relationships to help these individuals lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, along with a valid LPC license in Texas. Strong communication skills and a deep commitment to serving young adults in a telehealth setting are essential. You should have a foundation of knowledge in evidence-based practices and a genuine passion for promoting mental health and well-being.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor’s degree is required, candidates with prior experience in mental health counseling, especially within telehealth environments, will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this remote Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
