Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of your clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to guide clients towards their goals.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, working with families, couples, and individuals to promote healing and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring the confidentiality of client records.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training to stay up-to-date with the latest in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. A strong emphasis will be placed on creating an inclusive environment where clients feel safe and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, combined with bonuses based on performance.
