Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Stay updated on the latest counseling methodologies and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to additional mental health resources as necessary to provide comprehensive care.

• Foster a warm and engaging environment during each counseling session, building rapport and trust with clients to facilitate their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. We are particularly focused on serving individuals from underserved communities, ensuring that everyone has access to quality mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
