Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and treatment needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and are sensitive to the client's circumstances.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, maintaining a compassionate and engaged approach throughout each interaction.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress and adapt treatment methods as necessary to enhance their recovery potential.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in counseling methodologies to ensure that clients receive the most effective care possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific cultural and personal needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. An attractive sign-on bonus is also available.
