Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies for clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine their needs and treatment goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans and ensure effective treatment delivery.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a mental health or community-based setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
