Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to provide effective interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, enabling accurate monitoring of client progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, remaining up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

As an LPC at Renewed Visions, you will work with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing challenges related to stress management, work-life balance, interpersonal conflicts, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
