Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health status, including histories related to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy strategies and treatment plans based on individual client needs, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, and couples, guiding them through their healing journeys with evidence-based techniques.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a background in individual and group therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
