Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress through regular sessions and adjustments as needed.

• Provide evidence-based counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.

• Educate clients on coping strategies and life skills enhancement, actively engaging them in their personal growth journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
