Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, conducting comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, participating in regular case consultations and team meetings to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records are secure, up-to-date, and reflective of the client’s progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and consultation opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health and counseling.

Qualifications\n
