Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Providing individualized therapy sessions to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while developing tailored coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and address their unique needs and preferences.

• Monitoring and evaluating clients’ progress through various assessment tools, ensuring that treatment objectives are being met effectively.

• Coordinating closely with a multidisciplinary team, regularly communicating about client care, complex cases, and overall treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
