This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the comfort of working from your own environment. As a member of our outpatient team, you will be equipped with the necessary tools and technologies to maintain regular communication with clients. Our support staff will assist you with billing and documentation, enabling you to focus more on what you do best—providing quality care—while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their specific symptoms and challenges.

• Monitor clients' progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Provide group therapy sessions, encouraging peer support and collective healing.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records of client intake, treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports, adhering to all confidentiality and ethical regulations.

• Engage in constant communication with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to appropriate resources when necessary.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to case discussions to enhance collaborative care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing complex mental health issues. Many of our clients come to us with histories of trauma, transitioning into adulthood, or dealing with significant life changes. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be vital as you help them navigate their unique challenges toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor with documented supervised practice.

• A deep understanding of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, alongside the ability to tailor treatment plans to a wide variety of diagnoses.

• Proven competency in developing therapeutic relationships and establishing trust with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with youth, particularly in addressing issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, and depression.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in outpatient settings.

• Knowledge of community resources for clients to support their treatment outside of sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus to new hires.
