Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will take on a range of vital responsibilities, including:

• Managing a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and developing professional relationships that adhere to ethical guidelines.

• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and make discharge recommendations when appropriate.

• Crafting, implementing, and evaluating individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Completing intake assessments to determine clients' eligibility and needs effectively.
\n
• Documenting progress notes and maintaining accurate records for each client to ensure continuity of care.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, focusing on therapeutic techniques rooted in evidence and best practices.

• Engaging in individual supervision to enhance personal growth and clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care and treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is primarily youth-focused, catering to adolescents and young adults who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients often require support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. The clinician will be instrumental in developing coping strategies and therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To successfully qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
\n
• Capability to meet internal credentialing requirements within relevant clinical settings.

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use disorders.

• Proven experience in both assessment and diagnosis as well as conducting individual and group therapy sessions.

• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and basic keyboarding skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
