Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients, establishing individualized therapeutic strategies based on their specific needs and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, employing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, integrating feedback and insights from other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout your practice.

• Engage in continual professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on serving individuals and families with limited access to mental health services. This may include clients dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between these clients and the care they need, utilizing your expertise to empower them towards recovery and improved well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating competency in providing therapeutic services.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

• The competitive annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience.

• A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is offered to new Licensed Professional Counselors who join our team.
