Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate weekly evidence-based mental health sessions via live video with individual adult clients, employing techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy among other modalities.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers, as well as fellow therapists, to ensure comprehensive support for clients' treatment plans.

• Utilize systematically administered symptom self-assessments and other relevant metrics to continuously monitor client progress and make informed adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment outcomes promptly and accurately within our secure digital portal, optimizing the workflow for administrative efficiency.

• Seek ongoing consultation and mentorship from the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele at Touchstone Wellness includes adult individuals grappling with a spectrum of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
