Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing crisis intervention and developing pre-crisis strategies and crisis management plans.

• Documenting all interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilizing evidence-based tools to screen clients and inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to strategize and implement positive behavior support initiatives.

• Engaging actively in processes governing agency licensing and accreditation to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Serving as a liaison with state agencies and community partners to ensure comprehensive support services for clients.

• Promoting open communication to align with agency standards and foster community engagement.

• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to enhance service delivery and explore new funding opportunities.

• Participating in ongoing professional development activities, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings.

• Performing additional duties assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
