Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to ensure holistic treatment and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in workshops, training, and professional development opportunities to remain current with mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health care. The clients you will serve may be dealing with trauma, substance use issues, anxiety, depression, and a variety of other mental health concerns. Your role will be crucial in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and improve their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
