Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive and holistic support for each client, contributing to interdisciplinary case discussions and planning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and state regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in continuous learning by attending workshops and training sessions, remaining informed on the latest developments in mental health research and therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on delivering mental health services to individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.
