Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, offering group, family, couples, and individual counseling sessions.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address the diverse spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure the highest standards of support for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and staying abreast of advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population experiencing an array of mental health challenges, particularly those who have limited access to traditional care. Your role will directly influence change and promote healing among individuals and families, particularly in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling is required, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the counseling profession.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other related technologies to maintain client records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
