This role will primarily operate in a fully remote telehealth capacity, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while maintaining a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an assigned caseload of youth clients, building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to track client progress, discussing their stability, upcoming appointments, and providing discharge planning when appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client encounter, adhering to regulatory standards.
\n
• Administer intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish treatment goals.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, ensuring a high quality of care and engaging therapeutic techniques.

• Participate in weekly individual supervision and team meetings, sharing insights and learning from peers.
\n
• Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive treatment approach for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on youth clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of one year’s experience working with psychiatric patients, particularly those from youth or substance abuse backgrounds.

• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, individual therapy, and group therapy methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
