Key Responsibilities\n

• Ensure the proper execution of program plans, actively participating in treatment plan implementation and evaluation.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making regarding patient care.

• Complete timely monthly and quarterly progress notes to document patient developments and treatment effectiveness.

• Lead staff training sessions to ensure competency in implementing clinical programs and documentation practices.

• Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews and home visits, addressing emerging patient needs effectively.

• Act as a liaison to the public and the broader mental health community, facilitating collaboration and support for program development goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
