Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and trust in the client-counselor relationship.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address both psychological and social factors affecting clients.

• Actively engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Our primary focus is on providing high-quality care to underserved populations who might lack access to mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor license (LPC) in Arizona is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a counselor, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with diverse groups of clients.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.

• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other related technologies to enhance client care.
