Key Responsibilities\n

• You will manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, review treatment plans, and assess stability, with the possibility of discharge once goals are achieved.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, continuously updating them based on client feedback.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes as required for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and insurance requirements.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather diagnostic information and initiate the development of treatment plans.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual sessions, promoting a supportive environment for therapeutic exploration.
\n
• Participate in clinical supervision to enhance your professional skills and reflect on clinical practices.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and address any additional needs of the clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth clients facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Proven ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in various clinical settings.

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals struggling with substance abuse.

• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and providing individual as well as group therapy.
\n
• Basic computer proficiency and comfortable using electronic health record systems.

• Experience specific to youth populations is highly valued.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques is preferable given the hybrid care model.

Compensation and Benefits\n
