Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for new and existing clients, tailoring individualized therapy strategies to meet their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout all client interactions and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic client care and develop integrated treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Stellar Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your role is crucial in helping clients develop coping strategies and fostering resilience within a supportive and collaborative telehealth environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical practices in mental health and counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
