Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to tailor therapeutic approaches that meet the specific needs of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this LPC position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by performance bonuses and other financial incentives.
