Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and up-to-date documentation.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care strategies and collaborate on treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, seminars, and training to stay current with the latest mental health research and practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. Our clients present with various conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of practical experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and case load.
