In this remote role, you will benefit from a collaborative and supportive work environment where teamwork is emphasized. Our structured workweek runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient demand. Our team regularly participates in virtual case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure effective communication and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients who are navigating the challenges of co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions. This includes individuals facing chronic illnesses, substance use disorders, trauma, and stress-related disorders, as you help them find pathways to better health and mental stability.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  Must hold a current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

  Proven experience working with clients who have co-occurring medical conditions and familiarity with integrated care models.

Compensation and Benefits\n
