Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and establish a foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options for clients who either prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring accessibility to mental health care.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using our integrated client management system, complying with all ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to continually enhance clinical skills and stay current with mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with a diverse client population, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
