Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and frameworks.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Deliver therapy sessions using various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods, to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate regularly with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care, regularly updating treatment plans based on client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients during acute episodes, employing intervention strategies that prioritize safety and emotional well-being.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and connecting individuals with necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists predominantly of individuals in a detoxification process, many of whom face co-occurring mental health issues. The therapist will provide culturally sensitive care, ensuring that treatment approaches resonate with clients’ diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year , contingent upon experience, education, and professional credentials.
