Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychological assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to encourage client engagement and progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination, sharing insights and updates about client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Provide education and support to clients' families to foster understanding and enhance their involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
