This position is designed for remote work, allowing for a flexible and convenient setting while still maintaining robust connections with our outpatient office team and clients. Our services are offered primarily on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts that align with patient requirements. This setup ensures that our Mental Health Therapists can maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing critical support during both standard and non-standard hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments for new patients to identify their specific treatment needs and set measurable goals for recovery.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring alignment with each individual's progress and feedback.

• Engage patients in individualized counseling sessions, employing motivational interviewing techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy to facilitate behavioral changes.

• Lead group therapy sessions, offering peer support and facilitating discussions that enhance recovery strategies among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated care that optimally addresses all aspects of patient health.

• Respond effectively to crises by offering immediate intervention and support during substance-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about the nature of addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources to foster ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy, particularly in the context of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
