Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using structured interviews and validated tools to formulate tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies, adjusting techniques based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions and progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including peer support specialists and medical staff, to develop a cohesive treatment approach for each client.

• Participate in regular training and team meetings to stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals struggling with addiction, anxiety disorders, and chronic depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
