Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments through telehealth sessions, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to accurately evaluate patient conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, integrating their personal experiences, cultural backgrounds, and specific mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various formats: individual, couples, family, and group sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure thorough and continuous care.

• Document clinical progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulations by maintaining up-to-date treatment plans and patient records.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, empowering them with skills and knowledge to foster resilience and effective management of their health.

• Engage in collaborative patient care with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate a holistic approach to individual treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
