Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify patients’ unique mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, cultural backgrounds, and specific requirements.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across multiple formats including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, addressing acute mental health crises and working closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain a continuum of care.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver psychoeducation to empower clients and their families to effectively manage mental health conditions.
\n
• Engage in regular outcome assessments to appraise the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting plans as necessary to meet client needs.

• Stay updated with current research and best practices in mental health to enhance your clinical practice and the quality of care provided.

• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with legal and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a multidisciplinary team is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural aptitude for building rapport with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
