Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on trauma.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed interventions.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technological tools.

• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach in dealing with sensitive patient matters.
