Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and collaborate on identifying suitable treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target trauma recovery, resilience-building, and sustainable coping strategies tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment where patients can process their trauma and learn effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, particularly in trauma-centered care.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and resilience-building methodologies.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
