Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to accurately evaluate patients' trauma histories and identify suitable treatment options.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are centered on trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through the processing of trauma and helping them cultivate effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive integrated and comprehensive care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating calmness and expertise under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain impeccable and confidential documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations, attend team meetings, and pursue continuous professional development activities to enhance trauma-informed care practices.

• Remain current with new research, treatment modalities, and best practices in trauma therapy to continually improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of individuals grappling with trauma and its aftereffects. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California is a must.

• Proven ability and knowledge in trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Ability to stay composed and reassuring in high-pressure situations.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with various computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience is highly preferred, particularly in settings focusing on trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
