Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ histories and current mental health status, identifying tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, with a focus on resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to conduct effective therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, teaching clients to process their trauma and equipping them with necessary coping strategies.

• Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment for all patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, committing to the safety and stability of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals who are navigating the repercussions of trauma. You will be instrumental in guiding these individuals through their healing journeys, employing tailored therapeutic approaches that resonate with their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Technological proficiency, particularly with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience providing mental health counseling, particularly within a trauma-focused framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
