Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to help patients process their trauma, learn coping strategies, and enhance their overall mental health.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate integrated care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Respond to crisis situations with timely intervention, offering immediate support to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma, coping mechanisms, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults who are recovering from traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
