Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine each client’s mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

• Track clients' progress through regular evaluations and adapt treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients in acute distress, equipping them with essential coping mechanisms and resources.

• Participate actively in case conferences, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health treatment methodologies through ongoing education and training initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Diamond Grove, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele ranges from children and adolescents to adults, requiring a flexible therapeutic approach that meets various age-related needs. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, helping them reach their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Diamond Grove offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
